Our team helps buyers select their lots, select their finishes and make it move-in ready from start to finish. You will have a single point of contact for everything from filing and registration to moving in and taking full ownership of your land and home in Mexico.
1. Select your lot
Schedule in-person tour
Physically attend the property to be sure of the lot you decide to go with. Learn about the area and meet some of our professional team members that will help facilitate everything for your before and after you move-in.
Submit pre-qualification application
Cielo Resorts is a full service experience and it is important that the buyers truly want to enjoy the property and have the means to make this the most enjoyable experience for you and your neighbors.
2. Secure Financing
Down Payment
Your agent will review the deposit requirements to hold your lot and the down payment necessary to begin the purchasing transaction.
Purchase Agreement
Once all financing terms have been secured for the buyer and seller, a purchase agreement will be created. During this time you will have 3-7 business days to review with your own team and decide if the decision you are making is something you really want.
3. Design & Build
Select Finishes
Sit down with the contractor and go over the finish options. We also have premium design services for those that want to custom select all their finishes.
Choose Interior Design
Choose from a set of modern bi-coastal inspirations our head of design has already created for your home. This includes furniture, decor, and appliances that make your home move-in ready.
4. Taking Ownership in Mexico
Fideicomiso
Ownership in Rosarito is simple. You set up a bank trust in Mexico called a Fideicomiso . That trust is the legal owner with the buyer being the beneficiary with 100% of the rights to sell, lease, and pass the property on to heirs. You will renew it every 50 years.
Notario
The Notario is a third party lawyer in Mexico that will gather all the necessary legal documents and ID verification to properly transfer the property to the buyer.
5. Activate Digital Keys
Ownership access granted
Take possession of your fully designed and built home. We will provide you a tour of the property, your home, and provide a walkthrough of all the amenities.
Move-in ready
Your home will be fully furnished upon move-in. Utilities and internet access is also live upon your scheduled move-in date. Our staff will be available to help you move any additional boxes you are coming with.
6. Sit back and enjoy full service ownership
At your service
You have a dedicated to Residences service team at your disposal. Select your additional services on a monthly or a la carte basis. Everything from our 24/7 travel concierge to on demand medical services.
